Same Day ACH

Today we are announcing support for Same Day ACH for both debit and credit transactions. 

Adding support for Same Day ACH is straightforward: you just need to supply preference extra.same_day as true while creating an ACH transaction.

All Same Day ACHs will need to be submitted by 9 am PST for same day processing. Any transactions sent afterwards will have an effective date of the next day.

Same Day ACH works for both debit and credit transactions.

Extending batch times

We are also pushing back batch times for regular ACHs. So instead of cutoff being around 12–1pm PST, now the cutoff will be 4pm PST.

All payments originated as regular ACHs will have the effective date of the next day, so when the clock hits 12 am, users will see the ACHs in their account.
